Who we are

Meraki plans and runs weddings, private parties, club nights and corporate events in Cyprus. For any question about your data, write to contact@nstarlabs.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into the enquiry form:

• Your name
• A phone number or email address
• Your preferred event date, if you give one
• Any notes you add, plus the event details you selected in the builder

We set no advertising or analytics cookies. The site stores one item in your browser — your language choice — so the page opens in the language you picked. That never leaves your device.

Why we use it

Solely to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or add you to a mailing list without asking.

How it reaches us

When you tap send, your details are passed to WhatsApp or to your email app, whichever you choose. That message travels through the provider you selected and is covered by their own privacy terms. We keep the conversation in our business account.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted within twelve months. Booking records are kept for as long as accounting law in Cyprus requires.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see the data we hold on you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email us and we will act within one month. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
